These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pellucid Forecasting Excel add-in, related services, and the website at pellucidforecasting.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Pellucid Forecasting helps you structure and analyse financial information in Excel, including by reading and writing data in workbooks you use with the add-in. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and for backups of your workbooks.
- You must comply with applicable laws, your organisation’s policies, and Microsoft’s terms that apply to Excel and Microsoft 365.
- You must not misuse the Service (for example by attempting to disrupt it, probe security without authorisation, or use it in violation of export or sanctions rules).
Not professional advice
The Service is a software tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make and for consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred euros, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes
We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
